DMPKORE assists in the comparative evaluation of ADME screening data for candidate/back-up selection, aids the adaptation of screening strategies to changing candidate profile requirements, and evaluates the suitability of existing profiling strategies. Furthermore, DMPKORE develops in vitro DMPK experimental approaches to elucidate the mechanistic basis of unexpected in vivo results or unforeseen clinical PK findings.
